Museum of Puppetry Arts and Box Office are open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 6pm. Last entrance to the museum is at 5:30pm.
During June 25th to August 31st from Tuesday to Sunday from 11am to 5pm. Last entrance to the museum is at 4:30pm

Estonian Theatre for Young Audiences and Museum of Puppetry Arts Box Office is located on the ground floor of the theatre complex, entrance from Nunne st 4.
Tickets can also be bought from the Piletilevi booths across Estonia. Online tickets are sold at www.noorsooteater.ee/schedule-events as well as on www.piletilevi.ee site. Additional costs apply when buying through Piletilevi system.
NB! On February 23, the Museum and the Box Office will be open from 10-15.
On February 24, March 24, March 29 and March 31 we are closed.
Booking tickets
Tickets can be booked at the Box Office by e-mail kassa [at] eestinoorsooteater.ee.
Bookings can be bought out in cash or card payment as well as via Internet bank transfer.
Single tickets are kept in booking for 7 days. Group bookings are kept in booking for 30 days.
It takes approximately one hour to go through the museum but we encourage you to let your imagination and playfulness burst out and spend there as much time as possible.
We kindly ask all guests to keep the physical distance between people and to disinfect their hands before entering the house of Estonian Theatre for Young Audiences and Museum of Puppetry Arts – there are means for that immediately upon entering the building. Be aware of the Conditions of a safe visit!
NB! Admission to the Museum of Puppetry Arts is free for Ukrainian war refugees upon presentation of a passport.

Important!
Estonian Theatre for Young Audiences does not buy back tickets already bought by the customer.
The theatre is allowed to make changes in the scheduled program. Changes are announced on this website and through other communication channels. When a show is cancelled or substituted, the tickets are bought back or exchanged during the next 7 days.
Discount cards must be at hand when coming to the show or museum.
Pre-booked and pre-paid tickets can be obtained at the Box Office until the start of the show.
Online tickets can be printed out on your own or displayed on your electronic device's screen.
Recording (video, photo) of a theatre show is not allowed.
The Box Office accepts gift cards of the Estonian Theatre for Young Audiences and Piletilevi.
Theatre ticket is obligatory for everyone who is older than 1 y/o. Museum ticket is obligatory for everyone who is older than 3 y/o.
Visitors who are late for a show are allowed in the hall if it does not disturb the show. The late-comers will be seated at the available seats, e.g, the balcony etc. Estonian Theatre for Young Audiences will not compensate tickets due to being late.
Visitors in wheelchairs have un-assisted access only to Ferdinand Hall. Museum of Puppetry Arts is only accessible for wheelchairs on the ground floor in limited rooms. For wheelchair-entrance, please contact our Box Office a few days in advance.
